The advantage of the ZP technology for the dairy industry is that our sensors work in opaque samples such as whole milk, and so the sample preparation that is sometimes required with optical systems goes away.
ZP has a range of off-the-shelf sensors, but we also perform the contract development of sensors if they are not in the catalogue. The ZP stack of technologies means we can immediately bring the raw data to the Cloud which is great within a quality setting as the data is saved for traceability.
