Service Level Agreement

Zimmer and Peacock sells standard products through our webstore and third parties such as Digikey.

ZP does provide reasonable support to our products and our customers, in order that our customers can apply the products within their application. If support is required beyond the initial reasonable level then ZP can offer a consulting agreement so that ZP can continue to support our clients application of our sensors within their application.
