Zimmer and Peacock Ceramic Substrate Specification

Zimmer and Peacock typically produce screen-printed electrodes on ceramics of 625 micrometer thickness, but we can produce electrodes on a range of thicknesses in the the order of 100 or 200 micrometers up to some millimeters.

The adjacent table displays properties of the ceramic substrate commonly employed by Zimmer and Peacock when manufacturing sensors and electrodes.

Our ceramic substrate is alumina (aluminium oxide), the colour of the ceramic is indicative of the amount of alumina, ZP's ceramic is white so we are  in the 99 % region.
