Gold Electrodes

At Zimmer and Peacock we perform scanning electrode microscopy with elemental analysis to fully characterise our sensors, in the images opposite is the analysis of our Zimmer and Peacock gold sensors. 

In this panel we are showing the SEM - EDX data for our screen-printed gold electrodes.

Low Temperature Cured Platinum

At ZP we characterize our electrodes as part of our ensurance of quality. In the table below we show the results of an SEM-EDX study of our low temperature cured platinum electrodes.


High Temperature Cured Platinum

At ZP we characterize our electrodes as part of our ensurance of quality. In the table below we show the results of an SEM-EDX study of our high temperature cured platinum electrodes.


Standard Silver/Silver Chloride Screen Printed Reference Electrode

Zimmer and Peacock have a number of formulations for our silver/silver chloride reference electrodes based on parameters such as chemical compatibility, usage scenario of the sensor, working and counter electrode materials.  In the table below we present the EDX data for our 'standard' screen printed reference electrode.
