At the time of writing this quick note ZP is actively functionalizing a MEMS device with silver/silver chloride. ZP is unusual as our MEMS group does understand that most foundries don't like exotic materials like: platinum, silver, silver chloride hafnium oxide etc in their facilities. ZP is able to deal with these normal restrictions.
