The number of electronics now available for electrochemical biosensors means that the need to design electronics for a point-of-care device (PoC), a desktop instrument or a wearable biosensor has become obsoleted, rather the effort to design electronics for biosensing applications has become one of a coding effort rather than an electronics design effort.

 

The Switchable Single Purpose Circuit from ZP is small form factor board from ZP whose function to work with a specific biosensor can be switched through our Djuli Cloud.

 

The intention of these electronics is that OEM/Embedded Switchable Single Purpose Circuit from ZP is bought by companies to embed within their product, and to avoid the entire process of design, realise and refine necessary when normally building analogue circuits/electronics for electrochemical biosensors.



In the adjacent image we show how the embedded solution from ZP gives equivalent data to our R and D instruments, therefore offering a seamless transition from Lab to Product.

How to connect ZP biosensors?

The ZP engineers advise the the board can be modified with the connector here to take many of our ZP biosensors.


Can a USB adaptor or UART bridge be established over the pins on the electronics?

Yes, we have UART and I2C connections on board, so you can use an UART bridge to establish communication just like in our previous model GFET.
