Zimmer and Peacock is an ISO13485 contract developer and manufacturer of electrochemical biosensors and IVDs, this includes manufacturing pieces such as screen printed electrodes, PCB fabricated electrodes, vapour deposited electrodes. On this page we discuss a unique robotic manufacturing technology at ZP where we are able to connect to individual electrodes and perform coating processes upon the electrodes, the processes include dip coating, but also electrochemical processes such as: electroplating, electrodeposition, electropolymerization, MIPs, etc.
