Zimmer and Peacock was delighted to be exhibiting at the SCI Electrochemistry Postgraduate Conference at Loughborough University. At our stand, we exhibited our various technologies including our Anapot and Djuli, our database that allows data storage, processing, visualization, and sharing. We attended multiple presentations made by postgraduate students discussing key themes of electrochemistry including sensors, fuel cells, and batteries. At the conference, we gained a lot of insight into the advancements made in the electrochemistry world and had the opportunity to attend the posters session and discuss the student’s projects. By networking with speakers, we learnt about advancements being made to using Redox Flow Batteries (RFB) and the challenges being faced in their technology. We also learned about techniques being implemented for the early detection of chronic kidney disease (CKD) as well as the utilization of polymers of intrinsic microporosity (PIMS). Our exhibitors were very delighted to witness the technological advancements being made to the electrochemistry world, as well as gain insight into the students’ projects.
