At ZP we do have certified project managers and we use Gantt Charts and effort tracking to control our programs, in this video we discuss that the development of a biosensor or IVD system is not a sequential effort, but rather we have all the elements running in parallel, this is possible because most IVD development at ZP is not invention but rather a re-purposing of existing ZP technologies and workflow towards the specific targets of the collaborator.
