Osmolality/Osmolarity/Conductivity/Salinity Sensors for water, urine, blood, food, concrete etc.

Conductivity sensors have also been suggested for measuring the hydration of athletes during performance.

Conductivity sensors have also been suggested for measuring the osmolarity for dry eye diagnosis..

The ZP sensor has several advantages over traditional conductivity probes, including:

  • can be used with less than 100 microliters of sample.
  • it is more accurate at low conductivity and salinity than traditional probes.
  • it can be manufactured at high volume for low cost.
  • it can be used for applications where sample contamination is an issue. as it can be disposed after use.

SPE as conductivity sensors

Calculating chemical parameters

Zimmer and Peacock has a conductivity/salinity sensor for medical, environmental, water applications etc.

At Zimmer and Peacock we recognise that conductivity measurements and the closely related salinity measurements are critical in a number of applications from water testing to beverage testing  to urine testing etc.

Please note all data was recorded on the AnaPot EIS

ZP recommends using our sensors at 10 kHz at 50 mV.

The ZP sensor out performs traditional conductivity probes.
